Call Centre Agent
Working in the call centre based in Serbia, agents will be presented
with an opportunity to build client relationships in English with a
variety of individuals based in UK in a dynamic and friendly sales
environment.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in written and spoken English, along with good user knowledge of MS Office are must
* Prior telesales experience is preferred and would be an advantage
* The individual in this position must have excellent
communication, negotiation and sales abilities, along with good
customer service skills
* Ability to spend extensive time on the telephone
* Must be able to multi-task by typing while speaking on the telephone with clients
* Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills
* Must be highly attentive to attendance and punctuality.
